No a to by bola \u0161koda, nie? Preto som sa rozhodol, \u017ee sa do rekon\u0161trukcie pust\u00edm. Prinajhor\u0161om, teda ak by som sa nakoniec byt nerozhodol preda\u0165, budem ma\u0165 pekn\u00fd balk\u00f3n. Ke\u010f som sa do toho p\u00fa\u0161\u0165al, urobil som si celkom dobr\u00fd preh\u013ead o materi\u00e1loch, ktor\u00e9 dnes letia a patria k t\u00fdm najkvalitnej\u0161\u00edm. V podstate to netrvalo dlho, k\u00fdm mi bolo \u00faplne jasn\u00e9, \u017ee to najlep\u0161ie, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eete na svoj balk\u00f3n da\u0165, je z\u00e1bradlie na balk\u00f3n z nerezu. Nerezov\u00e1 oce\u013e vraj vydr\u017e\u00ed ve\u013ea rokov a taktie\u017e vyzer\u00e1 dobre. K tej \u017eivotnosti sa nateraz \u00faplne dobre vyjadri\u0165 neviem,preto\u017ee som z\u00e1bradlie vymenil len pred rokom, no \u010do sa vzh\u013eadu t\u00fdka, tak d\u00e1vam palec hore. Na balk\u00f3ne som e\u0161te vymenil dla\u017ebu, preto\u017ee star\u00e1 tam u\u017e vlastne ani nebola. Jednotliv\u00e9 kocky dla\u017eby boli rozbit\u00e9 a povypad\u00e1van\u00e9. Nahodil som nov\u00e9 omietky a ke\u010f u\u017e som sa do nie\u010doho tak\u00e9hoto pustil, tak som vymenil aj okno, ktor\u00e9 prep\u00e1jalo balk\u00f3n s kuchy\u0148ou. No a teraz po\u010fme k podstate. Cena celej rekon\u0161trukcie aj s nerezov\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm a nov\u00fdm oknom, ma vy\u0161la na nejak\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 tis\u00edc eur. M\u00e1m dvojizbov\u00fd byt v celkom dobrej lokalite. Odhad realitn\u00e9ho makl\u00e9ra oh\u013eadom ceny pred rekon\u0161trukciou balk\u00f3na sa pohyboval okolo sto tis\u00edc eur. Viete za ko\u013eko som ho predal nakoniec? Takmer za dvojn\u00e1sobok. Nehovor\u00edm, \u017ee to bolo v\u00fdhradne len kv\u00f4li balk\u00f3nu, ale aj ten urobil svoj. Byt bol zrekon\u0161truovan\u00fd, v\u0161etko bolo nov\u00e9 a materi\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 som pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch rekon\u0161trukci\u00e1ch vyu\u017e\u00edval, patrili k t\u00fdm naozaj kvalitn\u00fdm.
